Charm School Weekend spring 2008 |

After putting on our finest and making up our faces eight of us enjoyed a quick pizza in the dining room then posed for these pictures. I slapped the new magnetic Le Femme sign on my hubby’s mini van and we were off to New Brunswick to the State Theater for the 8 pm show!
Our sissy friends Stephanie and Carol met us there. They sure can turn heads!
We saw the St. Petersburg Ballet Company perform Carmen. It was modern and avant-garde. The dancers were very skilled and the muscular topless men were appreciated even from the balcony. |

Saturday Charm School |
|
9 am with bagels and coffee in hand we begin our journey in the dining room. Each student received a notebook, make-up, make-up bag, magnified mirror and other little goodies. I demonstrated various make-up application techniques and we all applied our make-up together. Students were able to practice creating a smoky eye and natural eye along with other techniques. |
|
Kyla provided snacks, beverages and tons of other support throughout the day. Veronica shopped for, cooked and Kyla helped serve a bountiful lunch including a fabulous salmon and formal four course dinner. Veronica was very touched when we presented her with a small thank you gift. The morning concluded with a workshop on color, shape and fashion. Each student created her personal style guide. |

In the parlor after lunch we practiced feminine movement and walking in heels. The pivot turn lesson was a lot of fun especially when we incorporated the 50’s dance called the twist. This lesson continued in front of the house as we learned to properly walk up and down stairs, across the soft lawn and down the sidewalk. Our final outdoor lesson included entering and exiting a car gracefully (and without flashing your panties). I know you are curious, the neighbors didn’t say a word. |

Sunday Brunch and Shopping |
|
Sissy Stephanie reserved us a table for 7 at Le Peep for 11 am on Sunday. This was no easy task since the restaurant does not accept reservations and always has a line of patrons waiting at the door on the weekends. I guess the manager could not say no to charming little Stephie! Some of the ladies thought to wear green for an early St. Patty’s day. |

Moving to the large comfy couch in the family room we discussed body language and feminine flirting. After touching up our make-up each lady posed for an individual portrait taken by my husband. Before dinner we had time for a lesson in dining etiquette and watched a brief video to learn to properly set and clear a formal table. At dinner each student set her own place. We discussed many interesting things throughout the day and at meals took the time to really get to know one another. Each student had a personal consultation with me and time to discuss whatever they wanted. I distributed certificates of completion, group photos and individual portraits to each lady. It was a long day and we decided to skip the evening dance lesson. We lingered over coffee and tried to find room for a slice of apple pie as we chatted into the evening. Everyone went home with great memories, terrific pictures and new skills and information. Ally also received a small prize for most improved make-up application. |

Back at Le Femme after the show we relaxed with a cordial and cold pizza then off to bed, ready for an early morning start. |

We visited Dress Barn where the women were very welcoming and three of the ladies tried on dresses. Kyla and I had lots of laughs in Marshalls where we tried on every Easter hat! |
